Washington County Extension and Outreach along with several other partners held a series of Child Care Professional Meetings over the summer. In the last 3 months over 65 people have attended these meetings.
The idea of the meetings were to get Child Care Providers, In-Home and Centers, together to talk about needs they have in our community. During these meeting we invited other services to talk about how they can help the Providers and the children they work with.
Programs scheduled coming to Washington County are: Physical Activity Learning Sessions-PALS in May 2024 and Safe Sleep, Every Sleep, Forever 12 Weeks, Life of Theo Wolf in April 2024.
