Marvin Walton, 83, a life-long resident of Riverside, passed away May 25, 2020, in Sun City, Ariz., where he and his wife lived during the winter months. The rest of the year they enjoyed living in their Riverside home.
Marv was born March 24, 1937, in Iowa City, to Earl and Melva Walton. He graduated from Riverside Public School in 1955. Marv married Audry Bauman March 28, 1964, in the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, Iowa. Most of his working years was spent running heavy equipment in construction.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Audry. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be a celebration of life service held later in Riverside. Burial will be in Riverside Public Cemetery.
