After a successful Washington County 4-H Lucky Clover Raffle this spring, the 4-H raffle committee is excited to start an annual Washington County 4-H scholarship with a portion of their raffle proceeds. They are offering four $500 scholarships to currently enrolled Washington County 4-H youth who have been active 4-H members at least four years in the Washington County 4-H program.
Applicant must be accepted to an accredited continuing education program.
The committee looks to recognize youth who have made a positive impact on the world around them through their 4-H experience and to those youth who have grown their skills and character through 4-H participation.
Applications are due July 1 and available at the Washington County Extension Office or online at www.extension.iastate.edu/washington
The recipient will be notified in early July and recognized at the Washington County Fair Awards Presentation on July 21, 2022.
