“Little Brown Bird,” the stunning quilt created by Thuy Nguyen, sold on Quilt Show’s opening night. At $9,995, it was the costliest quilt at the show. “Country Love,” the other quilt by Nguyen for sale at the show, also sold quickly, going home with a Kalona local.
