Memorial Services are Saturday, October 23, at 2 p.m. in Kalona United Methodist Church with the Reverend Mike Orthel officiating. The body has been donated to the Medical Center in Galveston, Texas and was cremated.

The family will greet friends at the church prior to the service.

Born November 22, 1924 in Washington County, he was the son of Harley and Ida (Bender) Perrin. He attended Kalona schools and graduated from Iowa State College, Ames, with a degree in agronomy.

Cal Perrin, 74, of Waller, Texas died August 24, 1999 in Houston Northwest Hospital, Houston, Texas, of cancer.

Born November 22, 1924 in Washington County, he was the son of Harley and Ida (Bender) Perrin. He attended Kalona schools and graduated from Iowa State College, Ames, with a degree in agronomy.

Mr. Perrin was employed by Anchor Serum Company in Iowa, Oklahoma and Texas. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and served in the U.S. and England during World War II.

Survivors include two daughters, Jane Wallee of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Joyce Perrin of New York; one brother, Richard Perrin of Columbia, Missouri; four sisters, Bea Yoder of St. Clair, Missouri; Lillian Furgason of Oxford; Hilda Schwab of Bangs, Texas and Peggy Foraker of Morrison, Colorado; and two grandsons, Jade Walker of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Julian Wallee of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jon Calvin Perrin and two wives, Cleo Perrin and Marsha Perrin.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
