Ms. Kirkpatrick was born March 15, 1978 in Iowa City, the daughter of William Carey and Phyllis Maria (Marchiando) Kirkpatrick. She attended school in Keota.
Christine Celeste Kirkpatrick, 21, of Keota, died suddenly Tuesday, November 23, 1999 in Cumming, Iowa.

Survivors include her mother of Keota; one sister, Jennifer Miller of Keota; two brothers, Ian Pate of Cedar Rapids, and Aaron Pate, and a grandmother, Thelma Marchiando of Illinois.
