NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE KALONA
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustments of the City of Kalona, Iowa will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 1st, 2023 at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers in the Kalona Community Center, Kalona, Iowa.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance application submitted by Kuenster Heating & Air as owner. The owner is seeking a variance on the east side setback for the purpose of constructing a commercial business building.
The description of the proposed area of change is:
104 G Avenue South (Valley Industrial Park) – 01 Valley Industrial Park PT II
Assessor’s Parcel ID #: 03-18-153-001
All persons interested in this application may appear at said hearing and present evidence for or against the application for approval of the variance.
