NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Riverside, Iowa, Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings on April 29, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 60 N Greene Street, Riverside, Iowa, on the following variance requests:
90 N Washington St – A request for variance on rear and side frontage setbacks for the proposed construction of a shed.
131 E Hickory St – A request for variance on front and side frontage setbacks for the proposed construction of a single-family dwelling.
191 W 1st St – A request for variance on the use of a single-family dwelling in zoning classification C-2 for the construction of an attached garage.
The proposed requests are available for review at Riverside City Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and to offer comments, orally or in writing, in support of, or in opposition, of the proposed variances. Written comments may be submitted to the Riverside City Clerk, P.O. Box 188, Riverside, IA 52327-0188, in advance of the public hearings. Any questions regarding the Ordinance may also be directed to City Hall.
