Ian E. Brenneman, son of Gary and Barbara Brenneman of Kalona, was named to the Dean’s List at Graceland College, Lamoni for having a GPA between 3.25 and 3.64 for the spring semester. He is a sophomore at the school.

UNI

Jessica Fisher, Natasha Gugel, Shawn Kauffman, Eldrew Miller, all of Kalona; Brent Kauffman and Katherine Waack, both of Wellman, and Mark Strabala of Riverside, were named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Northern Iowa. They had to have GPA of 3.5 or higher to be eligible.

Central

Katie Stalter of Kalona and Abigail Greiner of Wellman were named to the Dean’s List at Central College, Pella, for the spring semester. To be eligible, they had to have a GPA of 3.5 of higher.

McPherson

John Gingerich of Kalona was named to the Honor Roll at McPherson College for the spring semester. He had to have a GPA of at least 3.55.

Kirkwood

Jeanette Schlabach, daughter of Chris and Elizabeth Schlabach of Kalona, was named to the Dean’s List at Kirkwood Community College for the spring semester.

Buena Vista

Charlene Weaver, daughter of Ken and Paula Weaver of Wayland, was named to the Dean’s List at Buena Vista University, Storm Lake, for the spring semester. Weaver, who will be a junior this fall, had to have a GPA of at least 3.5.

Coe

Joe TeBockhorst, son of Joe and Gwen TeBockhorst of West Chester, was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Coe College, Cedar Rapids. To qualify, a student must have a GPA in the top ten percent of the student body that this spring was at least 3.85. He is a 1998 graduate of Mid-Prairie High School.
