Three new employees joined the staff of Farmers Savings Bank, Kalona, June 1.
Jason Schlabaugh of rural Wellman joined Farmers Savings Bank as a loan officer trainee in Kalona, working with Mary Ann Schlabaugh and Ray Brown.
The son of Richard and Connie Schlabaugh, he earned a bachelors degree from Buena Vista University where he majored in psychology and minored in political science. He worked for Wellman Produce for four years.
Shauna Yoder, who has worked for Farmers Savings Bank for eight months, moved into the lending arena as a loan officer trainee in Kalona.
Married to Jeff Yoder and the mother of Kailee, age 9, and Jordan, 6, Yoder lives in rural Wellman.
Nicole Townsend of Wellman comes to FSB from Civco, where she was a marketing communication assistant. She has also worked for Boatmen’s Bank in Des Moines for two years as a teller and administrative assistant/executive assistant.
She attended AIB in Des Moines and has a business administration degree from William Penn, Oskaloosa.
Townsend will serve as a customer service officer in FSB’s Coralville office.
