The Kalona Girl Scout are seeking any and all kinds of camping equipment and supplies and would appreciate donations of any items.
Goal for Girl Scouting is that each girl develops self-potential, relates to others, develops values and contributes to society. The goals are achieved through activities in the scout program’s Five Worlds of Interest: the World of well-being, the World of People, the World of Today and tomorrow, the World of the Arts and the World of the Out-of-Door. For the latter goal, camping supplies are needed.
