HEA Negotiations Meeting

The HEA presented their proposal for the 2025-26 school year. The proposal is to have an educational multiplier to be added onto the base pay along with an experience multiplier and pool increases. The proposal also requests changes to contracted hours.

The Board of Directors presented their proposal for the 2024-25 school year. The proposal is to change to four classes to determine educational multipliers along with an experience multiplier. TSS will be used to get teachers to their minimum salary requirements and the remainder will be split evenly. A two year agreement was proposed with a pool increase to be determined.
