Ainsworth

Roadwork on Highway 92 near Ainsworth is scheduled to begin Monday, October 26, with completion expected Thursday, November 12.

According to the Iowa DOT, the project will stretch from just east of Vine Avenue, about half a mile from Ainsworth, to just west of Yucca Avenue. The work will include the intersection of Highways 92 and 218.

Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Highway 92 will remain open, though intermittent lane closures may cause delays. Flaggers will direct motorists through the construction area.

Drivers are encouraged to use caution and allow extra travel time.
