Supervisor Sullivan called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Health and Human Services Building Boardroom at 5:30 p.m. Members present: Lisa Green-Douglass, Mandi Remington, and Rod Sullivan. Members absent: V Fixmer-Oraiz, Jon Green.
All actions were taken by the following vote: Roll call: Aye: Green-Douglass, Remington, Sullivan; Absent: Fixmer-Oraiz, Green.
Motion by Green-Douglass, second by Remington, to approve the agenda as presented. Public Comment - No one from the public spoke.

Motion by Green-Douglass, second by Remington, to approve the payroll authorizations submitted by department heads and elected officials, as approved by a majority of the Supervisors.
Convened Public Hearing at 5:32 p.m. on Zoning Application PZC-24-28601 of Fiddlehead Gardens, LLC, requesting rezoning of 9.23 acres from A-Agricultural to C-Ag – Agri-Business. The property is located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of IWV Rd SW & Hurt Rd SW, in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 79 North, Range 7 West of the 5th P.M. in Union Township, Johnson County, Iowa.
Planning, Development, and Sustainability (PDS) Planner Maya Simon reviewed the application. Fiddlehead Gardens, LLC owners Curtis and Cassidy Schoenthaler spoke for the application. There were no further public comments. Public Hearing closed at 5:42 p.m.

Motion by Remington, second by Green-Douglass, to amend the designation of 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting days and times, and official County holidays, as contained in the agenda packet of this meeting, by changing the Floating Christmas Holiday date from December 26 to December 24, 2025.
