Joshua Samuel Swartzendruber, 10, of Madison Heights, Michigan, died Sunday, December 26, 1999, at home following a one-month stay in William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan.
Born February 20, 1989, he was the son of Bernard and Deborah Swartzendruber.
He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy soon after his birth and was confined to a wheelchair until his death. He attended Wing Lake School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Survivors include his parents, two brothers, David and Jonathan; grandparents Stanley and Edna Swartzendruber and Dwayne and Berdetta Byers; twelve aunts and uncles and twenty-nine cousins.
Memorials may be made to children in Botswana, Africa in care of Dayspring School, 28605 Hampden, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071.
