In honor of their 10-year anniversary, Kalona Brewing Company will be serving a five-course paring dinner on Wednesday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $85 per person, gratuity included, and can be purchased online through Resy.com.
This will be Chef Daniel Peterson’s first pairing dinner for the brewpub; he has planned courses inspired by his time living in the American West, including beef tartar, seared salmon, and panna cotta. Diners can chose between a selection of wine or beer paired with the courses.
Head Brewer W Yoder will unveil this year’s batch of Old Soul Wee Heavy at the event; the annual release is a truly unique style brew.
