The Washington County YMCA has moved to Phase 2 of its reopening plan.
Phase 2 includes opening the Kalona pool for laps and swimming lessons, which Gov. Kim Reynolds allowed in her last proclamation last month.
Youth swim lessons resumed at the pool on June 8, as did lap swims.
Youth sports will begin being offered in a structured format beginning on June 15 with the Hardwood Academy program.
Washington County YMCA CEO Amy Schulte said that the Y will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and make necessary adjustments.
