Dear Editor,
I am pleased to add my voice to those who are advocating a “NO” vote to the proposed constitutional amendments being decided on June 29.
While the proposed amendments are written to appear positive and constructive, their effect will be just the opposite— negative and destructive of our representative democracy.
Many leaders of two major religious denominations, Roman Catholic and United Methodist, are encouraging a “NO” vote!
