My personal response to the references to freedom in the press is that it represents freedom only…

By Don Klotz

My personal response to the references to freedom in the press is that it represents freedom only rather than with little attention to the fact that freedom turned loose will lead to anarchy and total loss of freedom. A simple way of recording the limits to freedom is to apply the Golden Rule, “so do unto others”. I have wondered why there seems to be so much opposition to the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule. Is it is because they are immediately related to religion? the first criticism should be; are the sound? Can they be applied to all cultures with honesty and effectiveness? If all the murders which have been reported in the press that have recently occurred ever have happened had those who committed them ever gave occurred if they been members of a respected religious organization? I think not. A determined drive has been in progress over a number of years to completes eliminate. “Separate church and state?” Teddy Roosevelt warned “Educate only for information and you run the risk of developing a monster? Educate for information and moral and you will develop the best citizen.” Get the hint? Is history confirming that wisdom? Why all this expressed alarms arise from sources which have an unreasoned fear of discipline. Go wherever you want in the extent of this universe and you will find that it is governed by unremitting discipline as unrecognized formula for success and control. I would recommend that doubters begin with the Genesis of the Bible and go straight throughout the Revelations. In my personal fields of endeavor, education and athletics. We demand in no uncertain terms total discipline. There is no way. No absolutes? You just read one. How about music? No answer necessary. Freedom? Absolutely balanced by responsibility.
