After the loss, Lone Tree dropped to 3-1 on the young season.
Lone Tree made a valient effort to force a comeback, outscoring Columbus 24-20 in the final frame.
Lone Tree will next play the Highland Huskies on Friday, Dec. 1, in Riverside.
