The general fund revenues for the Mid-Prairie School District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, totaled $7,036,945. That figure represents $2,332,303 in local tax, $3,855,681 from the state, $298,061 from the federal government and $23,729 from interest on investments.
Expenditures for the same period totaled $7,022,088 and included $4,740,198 for instructional programs, $582,084 for operation and maintenance and $382,610 for school administrative services.
A copy of the report is available for review in the district’s Central Office and in the office of the state auditor in Des Moines.
