Caller in the 100 block of C Avenue, Kalona, reports someone has tried to enter his front door. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle. Caller advised it was just the newspaper deliveryman.
Officer reports being out with a subject on foot at E Avenue and 10th Street, Kalona, with a subject wearing a ski mask and backpack. Everything was fine. Subject was walking to work.
Caller in the 1000 block of Tupelo Blvd., Riverside, noticed the mailbox was struck sometime yesterday. Would like to speak with a deputy about it and request extra patrol.
