Mid-Prairie celebrated its homecoming week with a number of activities, including the coronation ceremony, a power puff football tournament, kickball tournament and paintball battle.
Kelby Gingerich and Myah Lugar were named king and queen at the coronation ceremony on Oct. 7 at the football stadium.
Other members of the homecoming court were Karsen Jehle, Tori Boyse, Hannah Miller, Josh Wallington, Kayden Reinier and Vinnie Bowlin.
The Golden Hawks won the homecoming football game Friday night, 35-12 against West Burlington/Notre Dame. A halftime ceremony included the queen and female homecoming court members riding into the stadium in vintage cars.
