The Mid-Prairie school board toured East Elementary and Middle schools as part of their regular meeting on Aug. 12. Construction work at the schools over the last couple of years is now paying off in the form of new classrooms, updated spaces, and fresh parking lots. Although finishing work was still in progress during the tour, everything will be ready for students when they return on Friday, Aug. 23.
