The 1999 version of Recipes for Fun a visitors guide and events calendar produced by the Eastern Iowa Tourism Association (EITA) is now available. The publication offers hundreds of ideas about what to see and do for fun in Eastern Iowa. In fact, the guide features four auto tour itineraries, a calendar of more than 700 events and 50 recipes that reflect the unique “flavor” of the area.
A new feature is a four-color section with a map of the four travel areas—northeast, east central, east and southeast—as well as a special section for travel writers and group tour planners. The section features advertisements from Eastern Iowa businesses and attractions, the Eastern Iowa Merchandise Catalog and an order form for the 2000 visitors guide.
To receive a copy of the guide, call 1-800-891-3482 or visit the EITA web site at www.easterniowatourism.org.
