After the meeting, members went to the B-4 Building for the Youth Halloween Party and costume judging. Winners were toddler-preschool, Trenton Krabill, first, Allyson Wertz, second, Christian Johnson, third; kindergarten, Sean Cortum, first, Brody Thompson, second, Jenna Miller, third; first grade, Jordon Yotty, first, Haley Sieren, second, Rachel Miller, third; second grade, Kelsey Berg, first, Lucas Miller, second, Jude Plank, third; third grade, Chelsea Allee, first, Megan Schlaubaugh, second, Zack Eash, third; fourth grade, Chelsea Anderson, first, Tinsha Herman, second, Janelle Redlinger, third; fift and sixth grade, Jeromy Flanagan, first, Lucas Troyer, second, Jeremy Hassman, third.
