Peace, Love and Murder! At the Library

On Monday, Nov. 7, members of the Murder Mystery Club at the Wellman-Scofield Public Library enjoyed another evening of impromptu theater as they played out a new murder-mystery.  This time, the setting of the story was a music festival in 1969.  Participants dressed for their parts and came ready to step into their characters.  Throughout the hour-long event, they worked to unravel the mysterious death of James Joplin, the lead singer of the band White Whale, just after the music festival.

The suspect list was long, but in the end these sharp detectives solved the case, and the murderer was brought to justice.
