The Huskies took part in pool play at Mediapolis for the Southeast Iowa Super Conference Tournament on Sept. 26.
Highland went 3-1. They defeated Columbus, 2-0 (21-19, 21-15), WACO, 2-0 (21-16, 21-13), and New London, 2-0 (21-15, 21-16). The host school, Mediapolis, defeated Highland, 2-0 (21-18, 21-15).
Stat leaders for Highland were Adeline Krotz in kills (23), Laney Skelton in assists (47), and Lilly Barre in digs (39).
As the runner-up, Highland advances to the SEISC tourney finals on Sept. 28 at Southeastern Community College. Their first round matchup will be against Wapello.
