Hillcrest travled to Holy Trinity High School to compete in pool play for the Southeast Iowa Super Conference tournament on Sept. 26.
The Ravens went 2-1 in pool play. They defeated Van Buren, 2-0, and Louisa-Muscatine, 2-0. The host school, No. 4 Holy Trinity, defeated Hillcrest, 2-0.
Stat leaders for Hillcrest were Malia Yoder in kills (16) and digs (20) and Claire Withrow in assists (34).
As the runner-up, the Ravens advance to the SEISC tourney finals at Southeast Community College on Sept 26. Their first round matchup will be against West Burlington.
