In their 1A regional opener, the Lady Lions (19-3) collected a 69-20 home win over Cedar Valley Christian (0-22) on Feb. 13.
Lone Tree junior Finley Jacque led the way with 26 and reached 1,000 points in her career.
In the next round of the postseason, Lone Tree will host Holy Trinity Catholic (15-6) on Feb. 18.
