Kalona Standard pulled out to a four-point lead after last Wednesday’s action in the Kalona Golf Club men’s league.
Standard’s 24.5-point total eclipsed Fin and Feather’s 20 and a half points. Yotty’s was a close third with 20 points.
John Bates came in with a four-under-par 32 for low gross honors. Chad Scarff finished with a 28 for low net honors.
The rest of the league standings were as follows: 5. Supershine 16.5, 6. Farmers Savings Bank 16, 7. Agri-King 15.5, 8. Yoder Tax 15, 9. Farmers Supply 14.5, 10. Hills Bank Kalona 14, 11. Hochstedler Insurance 12.5, 12. Razor’s Edge 12, 13. Lone Tree 9.5, 14. Kalona Builders 9, 15. Sodbusters 7.5, 16. Hard Luck 6
