The Steindler Orthopedic proposed North Liberty Healthcare Campus plan continues to be developed. Steindler Orthopedic anticipates working with Mercy- Iowa City on the hospital portion. Steindler Orthopedic Clinic is expecting to start construction this spring and completion of the site will be determined by the access to materials and economy as the project continues. Once construction is completed, Steindler will vacate its present Northgate building in northeast Iowa City.
“Our entire team is thrilled about the prospect of having a larger modern clinic and adjacent ambulatory surgery center,” said Patrick Magallanes, Steindler CEO. “We expect to close on our existing building in the next few weeks and we are passionately planning the new clinic design to enhance the Steindler patient experience.”
