Wilma Gingerich was honored by United Parcel Service for completing 25 years of service with the company.
Gingerich, who is a retired deliver driver with UPS in Coralville, was cited for her loyal service contributions to UPS. She provided delivery service to the Kalona and rural Iowa City area. Gingerich began her career as a delivery driver in 1974.
“Working for UPS has provided a good life for me,” said Gingerich. “I met many great people, and I miss the daily contact with them and I still have lots of good memories.”
She and her husband, Donald, live in Wellman. Gingerich has three children: Greg, Patti and Tom. She also has seven grandchildren.
