BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WASHINGTON COUNTY, IOWA
CLOSED SESSION OF TUESDAY,
MAY 9, 2023
At 10:30 am Chair Bob Yoder called to order a meeting of the Washington County Board of Supervisors, Courthouse Chambers. Items on the agenda included: closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(i) to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session; possible action regarding matters discussed in closed session. Supervisors Jack Seward, Jr., Stan Stoops, Marcus Fedler, and Richard Young were also present.
All motions were passed unanimously by those supervisors in attendance unless noted otherwise.
The Board voted to approve the agenda as published.
At 10:32 am the Board voted by roll call vote to enter into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(i) to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session,
At 10:42 am the Board returned to open session and took no formal action.
At 10:43 pm the Board voted to adjourn.
