Weekend activities for the 47th annual Wedding Reunion at the Little Brown Church near Nashua starts Saturday, July 31 from 7-9 p.m. with a pastors’ reception.

Pastors Linda and Bob Myren will welcome all to the informal gathering in the tent on the church’s side yard. Those attending are asked to take a wedding picture to the gathering.

Activities August 1 start at 9 a.m. with registration and a free continental breakfast. A sing-along of favorite hymns is 10:15 a.m. and the worship service is 10:30 a.m.

The event includes celebrating the renovation of the bell tower. The program concludes with a marriage renewal service.

The church’s Women’s Fellowship will provide a picnic style lunch and Dan’s Band with accordionist Daniel Steenhard will provide dinner music. He has been featured at the reunions for the last three years.

The afternoon features a walk through the last century via features from the archives, performances by the Real Review Singers of the Little Brown Church and a second renewal service.

The Little Brown Church is on Highway 36 east of Nashua and can be reached from either Highway 218 or Highway 63.
