Entries are still being accepted for the Favorite Wallhanging Show in the Kalona Chamber of Commerce Friday and Saturday.
Items should not be larger than 54” by 54” and may feature any pattern. Kalona Kash prizes will be awarded to the winners, chosen by vote of the show visitors.
Additionally, there is a drawing for a basket of Kalona products. The admission ticket also purchases a chance in the drawing.
Workers for the show are Friday, Nina Miller and Vera J. Yoder, 9 a.m.- noon; Leola White and Mary Brenneman, noon-3 p.m.; Nita Miller and Nita Yoder, 3-6 p.m; Saturday, Dorothy Marner and Imogene Schlabaugh, 9 a.m.-noon, Alma Nisly and Orpha Nisly, noon-3 p.m. and Jan Peterseim and Janette Slaubaugh, 3-5 p.m.
