Jeremy Yoder of Kalona won a gold medal at the national AAU Tae Kwon Do championships, held Friday, July 2 in Cedar Rapids.
Yoder won the intermediate division, winning all three of his sparring matches. He adds the national title to a state title he claimed in October of 1998 and the regional championship he won in April of 1999.
