Report of fireworks in Wellman on 12th Avenue and on the corner of Ninth Street and Ninth Avenue. Checked the area. Unable to locate.

Deputy reports being out with an intoxicated subject at Ginkgo Avenue and Ninth Street, Wellman. The subject is getting a ride home.
