WHEREAS, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there is now on file in the Office of the Clerk of the CITY OF KALONA, IOWA a Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement, wherein it is proposed to sell and transfer the following property of Kalona, IA, Washington County,
315 C Avenue Kalona, IA 52247
WHEREAS, the City of Kalona, IA, has entered into a Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement with, Adrianna Lopez to sell and transfer property at 315 C Avenue Kalona, IA for the amount of $180,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the final action on the Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement by Resolution will be taken at the meeting of the City Council of the City of Kalona, IA in the Kalona Council Chambers, on the 7th day of August, at 7:00 PM. At this time and place a Public Hearing will be held, and the public may attend to share any comments in writing or orally regarding the purchase agreement.
