NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Riverside, Iowa, Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on May 7, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 60 N Greene Street, Riverside, Iowa, on the variance on setbacks due to lot width and depth request from Kari Ford, 20 E 2nd Street. The proposed request is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office at Riverside City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and to offer comments, orally or in writing, in support of, or in opposition, to the proposed variance. Written comments may be submitted to the Riverside City Clerk, P.O. Box 188, Riverside, IA 52327-0188, in advance of the public hearing. Any questions regarding the Ordinance may also be directed to City Hall.
