The Planning & Zoning Commission meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Chair Phil Richman with Kris Westfall, Bob Schneider, Denise Reschly and Marcus Fedler present.
Motion by Schneider, seconded by Reschly, to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Schneider, seconded by Westfall, to approve the consent agenda of minutes. Motion carried 5-0.
Brian Boelk, City Engineer, presented the proposed site plan for the Blackjack Beach RV & Water Resort.
Motion by Schneider, seconded by Fedler, to recommend approval of the submitted site plan for Blackjack Beach RV & Water Resort, subject to compliance with all applicable City ordinances, regulations, permits, and conditions of approval. Motion carried 5-0
Motion by Fedler, seconded by Reschly to adjourn at 5:36pm. Motion carried 5-0.
