1. Call to Order Public Hearing 2023-2024 School Calendar: President Sladek called the Public Hearing to order @ 5:30 PM.
A. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing of the 2023-2024 School
Calendar for the Lone Tree Community School District, Lone Tree, IA will be held in the Superintendent’s Office, 303 South Devoe Street, Lone Tree, IA 52755, on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 5:30 p.m.
2. Close Public Hearing: Sladek closed Public Hearing @ 5:35 PM.
3. Call to Order Special Session: Sladek called Special Session to order @ 5:35 PM.
4. Roll Call: Viers, Ogren, Yedlik, Sladek. Hotz absent.
A. Discussion/Approval 2023-2024 School Calendar: Viers motioned to approve the 2023-2024 School Calendar. Ogren seconded. Motion carried 4-0.
5. Adjourn: Viers motioned to adjourn the Special Session. Ogren seconded. Motion carried 4-
0.
