Call to Order: Sladek called the meeting to order @ 3:48 PM.
Present: Alex Ogren, Gordon Viers, Robert Sladek.
LTEA Initial Offer: LTEA representatives- Mick Dickenson, Donda Nebergall, Molly Clearman.
a. Introductions
b. The LTEA presented their opening proposal for the 24-25 school year.
i.$1,500 increase on the base pay
ii.$400 Stipend for returning staff
iii.Step and Lane Change
iv.The total package cost increase would be 4.47%.
v.Requested to hire another math teacher at the Secondary Level.
vi.Would entertain the idea of a multi year contract.
LTCSD Initial Offer: The Board of Directors will discuss at the next workshop/exempt session on March 6th. The LTCSD and LTEA will meet again on March 7th @ 4:45 PM.
