The Mid-Prairie Choir department would like to invite you to our annual Pops & Pie Concert this Thursday, November 10th at Mid-Prairie High School. We have almost 30 soloists/small ensembles who will be performing, along with Lyrica and Mixed Choir. Due to the large number of acts, we will be starting the soloists/small ensemble portion of the concert at 6:15 p.m. Songs range from classic Frank Sinatra, to modern Broadway “Beetlejuice” songs, to “Bare Necessities” and “Don’t Rain on My Parade,” and everything in between!
There will be a short intermission at around 7:45 p.m., in which we invite you to enjoy a quick bite of pie! The large choirs, Lyrica & Mixed Choir, will be performing at approximately 8:00 p.m. Lyrica will perform “Pure Imagination,” “I See the Light (Tangled),” “The Rising of the Moon,” and “I Will Survive.” Mixed Choir will be performing “James Bond Theme,” “Tears in Heaven,” “The Little Beggarman,” and “We’ll Rant and We’ll Roar!”
We hope to see you there!
