Ainsworth

Road construction is scheduled to begin near Ainsworth on Friday, August 28.

During the project, 175th Street will be closed between Underwood Ave and Hwy 218 while crews install new pipelines across the roadway.

The work is expected to take approximately two days, with the road anticipated to reopen Saturday evening, August 29.

MidAmerican Energy has hired Michels Pipeline Inc. as the contractor for the project. 

A detour will be established using Tulip Ave and 170th Street.

Motorists are asked to drive carefully around the construction area and follow all posted detour signs.
