A preliminary hearing for Jaron Rosien, 38, Mayor of the City of Washington, is set for 11 a.m., Friday, February 3 in Washington District Court on a charge of sexual abuse, 3rd degree for an incident that allegedly occurred at his business earlier in January.  Rosien was released after posting a $10,000 cash bond following being charged.  Since that time, Mayor Pro Tempore Millie Youngest has assumed most of the mayoral duties.  Rosien still holds the office.
