TO RESPONDENT KRISTEN L. HORN:
You are notified that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, naming you as the Respondent in this action and seeking a dissolution of marriage and sole legal and physical custody of the parties’ minor children. You must serve a motion or answer on or before the 17th day of January, 2024, and within a reasonable time thereafter, file your motion or answer with the Clerk of Court for Washington County, at the Courthouse, 224 West Main Street, Washington, Iowa 52353. If you do not, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
